The literacy for me, in general, is the ability to read and understand a language in any forms. The literacy can be in media, music, etc, literacy has no boundaries. Because the language is open, could be a sound or shouting between animals, we cannot identify it as not a language, because we cannot understand. Furthermore, literacy could define as read or understand a certain message and recognize in our mind. Specifically, literacy should be able to read typical word is written in any language and is been prove before.
